Property Description
This modern 5 bedroom property easily accommodates up to 10 people, features its own private pool and has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops. This well-appointed unit is located in Windsor at Westside Resort, a gated community that offers luxury, security and convenience.
Our space has an amazing design which creates a lovely atmosphere. If you are looking for a vacation getaway, look no further, this is it!
Bed distribution: 1. King bed (Upstairs) 2. Queen bed (Downstairs) 3. Queen bed (Upstairs) 4. Two twin beds (Upstairs) 5. Two twin beds (Upstairs)
*Keep in mind: - The comforters you see for each bed in the pictures may change design. - The bedrooms with twin beds share a bathroom. All other have their own private bathroom. - Pets are welcome! FEES AND BREED RESTRICTIONS APPLY, PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BRING A PET SO WE CAN LET YOU KNOW THE EXACT AMOUNT FOR THE PET FEE. Maximum amount of pets allowed in this unit: 2 (cats or dogs).
* IMPORTANT: For security reasons, as part of the online check in process for every reservation, it is required for the BOOKING HOLDER (a person that will stay at the vacation rental home) to kindly send us pictures of: Any acceptable form of identity document (ID) + Selfie holding the same currently valid ID (needs to be as clear as possible). After we complete the check-in procedure, we will be able to send you the arrival instructions for your stay.
For check-in: - IDs sent must be valid during your stay - The guest making the reservation should be 21 + years old.
Please note these requirements are mandatory.
